Lucifer Fawkes, Keeper of the Realm, hates games.

Demons and their ilk thrive on them. Man is little more than sport. Those that stand between man and demon; the ghouls and werewolves, children of demons and meta-nature, lust for patricide.

Dr. Moses Fowler, man-made ghoul and genius, strikes a bargain with the brother of the former Werewolf king – Abraham Thorpe. They set plans in motion that pit Lucifer Fawkes quest for exorcism and Mr. Gooseberry’s perversions on a collision course ending with red, wet results.

Fresh Look

Decided to give the front page a fresh new look. I’ll be tweaking it on a regular basis.

Starting on Monday will be the Lucifer Fawkes comic, posted daily Monday through Friday, until the end of the month. Great comic if you enjoy the supernatural and horror, kind of a Doctor Strange meets Batman type… plus there’s some techno-zombies involved in this story. More will be posted on Monday.

I also decided to start blogging about tips on websites and running webcomics. I may be new to web comics but I’ve been in the design/marketing business for 10+ years and have experience in advertising, seo and all the fun crap.

Vincent is a dumpster baby born of a mentally challenged woman and a pill popping orderly.  Besides this and the fact that he’s physically deformed with 4 foot long arms and 1 foot long legs, he’s the best bar piano player/tv commercial jingle singer out there.  After 25 years of playing piano at the same bar her leaves for home on what he thinks is a typical night.  Shots ring out–that land Vincent in the hospital–and so does the realization that he’s never had his own audience to hear his songs–the bar he plays at hides him behind a curtain because of his deformities.  His only comfort lies within the whiskey bottle and conversations with a beautiful waitress who gives him the shoulder to lean on.  With the help of the detective that found him in the trash so many years ago, he sets out to fake his own death in order to achieve success.

Cindy and Her Obasan – Free Online Comic

Created by George Gladir & Stan Goldberg • Written by George Gladir • Pencilled by Stand Goldberg
Inked by Bob Smith • Lettered by John Workman • Cover Colored by Mike Garcia

“Cindy and Her Obasan” blends the classic Cinderella fairy-tale concept with modern Japanese pop culture. Cindy is a spirited ten-year-old who has inexplicably been assigned a Japanese fairy godmother, for in today’s global economy FGM Inc. can assign its fairy godmothers anywhere.

George Gladir is the creator of Sabrina, The Teenage Witch, along with Stan Goldberg and Bob Smith, been creating many fine Archie comics over the years.

Review:
“The story is well paced and, again, the dynamic style carries it through from first to last. It is definitely something for the young and young at heart.”

Reviews:
“There’s a lot to like about Sprecken: Rick Forgus’ art style compares favorably with Bruce Timm of Batman Adventures, and even looks to be drawn on black paper. Forgus articulates action scenes well…”
